Tell us what you think of this beach
Ghajn Tuffieha is a relatively undeveloped beach especially when compared to the neighbouring beach at Golden Bay. However it still has a lifeguard, sun lounger rental and refreshments during the summer months and is very popular with both tourists and locals. So popular that you may want to avoid it at busy times during the summer months if you prefer quiet beaches. If the wind is on shore from the north west it can get a bit wavey for swimming and watch out for the currents at those times.
Ghajn Tuffieha is best visited during June, July, August and September when both the sea temperature and air temperature make for a perfect day at the beach. In April and May sunbathing will be pleasant but the low sea temperature will make swimming a little bracing.
